I always thought that the slimes mobs in Rpg where cute. Then I played rocket slime one of my favorite games and that what they're base off of.

Thanks really cool! I think you would love a game called slime rancher. 
I've played it before and it's a pretty good game! I have around 12 hours of playing it on my steam account. Also for your question it's kinda a complicated story how I got into it, but I didn't really like it at first it's just I role played with the characters and watched the show kinda. Then I suddenly just liked it a lot more! I know kinda strange, but that's what basically happened.

Role playing thing can get you to explorer new things that you might like so I don't think its strange.
